Simple but functional and spacious rooms, with balcony/windows on an internal peaceful garden Very convenient, large and safe parking in an internal court Strategic location, very close to GRA (the ring expressway linking to the main highways), Fiumicino Airport, Rome centre (in particular Vatican/Prati area); seaside cities not far away Kind and attentive staff

the room is very bright and the beds are comfortable.. the breakfast are so yummy.. and we love the most are the swimmingpool and the staffs are so helpful... it's exceded my expectations... 👏 👏 👏 very recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and before through emails. The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was quiet, the pool was great, and overall we had a nice stay.

The pool was big and super clean, the beds were comfy, the location was ideal between the airport and city, and I loved all the greenery around the hotel

Lovely rooms. Good size and spacious with good aircon. Pool area is gorgeous and very quiet. Breakfast is basic but more than enough.

Great location if you have a car, we moved from there to some of the attractions we wanted to see, and then it was good to come back to an hotel with parking in front of room, and with a very nice clean pool.
